The Victoria Centre in Southend are the club ladies and girls sponsors and they have very kindly offered the club some space within the centre during their main event of the year, The Victoria Fun Fair, to help us promote all sections of the club.

To do this we will need a team of volunteers to help out.

The criteria we have is as follows -

7.30am - pickup stuff from the club
8.00am - 8.30am - Arrive and setup
9-00am - 5.00pm - Victoria Fun Fair event going on (Carousel, face painting, magician etc its their biggest event of the year so the footprint could be massive)
5.00pm - 6.00pm - Clear up and leave 6.30pm - return stuff to the club

What we need volunteers for -

Picking up and dropping off 2 x 6ft tables, gazebo (if anyone has one) and merchandise from the club.
Help setup and take down everything
Hand out Club leaflets and merchandise while talking to people about the club

Its just all hands on deck needed really please as it’s a great way for the club to promote itself and gain new players and members and the start of us using the centre regularly if we need/want to.

Would be good if we had representation from across the whole club if possible.
