Rochford Youth fixtures on Sunday were notable for the debut of two newly qualified referees. Joe Athol (pictured) and Joe Dowler both recently sailed through their RFU level 2 referees course and joined the ranks of Rochford's officials.

Joe Dowler took the flag for the U15s against Southend while Joe Athol refereed the U13s against Bancroft. Both received rave reviews for their officiating. We'd like to thank the players, parents and officials of both visiting teams for their support and encouragement.
