Rochford aiming for home victory

Rochford Hundred resume their Regional One South East season at home to Shelford tomorrow.
Rochford go into the game sitting third in the standings, four points and four places above their visitors.
But head coach Danny Cleare is expecting a difficult afternoon at Magnolia Road.
“Shelford will be a really tough test,” said Cleare.
“They finished second last season and have recruited well.
“They have a number of players that have played in the National Leagues so they will be coming down with a wealth of experience.”
Rochford were without a fixture last weekend.
And Cleare feels the break will have done his side good.
“The break has been so beneficial in that we hope to welcome back three, four or maybe even five backs into contention,” said Cleare.
“Unfortunately we are missing a few forwards from the last game but we have other lads coming back so it should be all good.”
