Upminster vs. Rochford U7, 20 February 2011

Rochford’s final game proved to be a battle and both sides standing their ground! Rochford had stopped Upminster from scoring up until half time with some super defensive tagging from Jo Dowler, Scott, Kyle and Jake. After the break Luke came on in place of George and was like a rock in our defence along with Scoopy Joe and Grace. Although Upminster took the lead, Liam managed to get a great equalizer just before the final whistle. Final score Upminster 1 Rochford 1.

Overall despite some interesting decisions from the referee, Gary and his team kept their cool and enjoyed an interesting and exciting day out. Thanks to all who came to give their time and support to Rochford’s under 7s.
