Rochford U6 vs. Sevenoaks, Upminster Festival, 27 March 2011

The Rochford Under 6s won their second game on the go with a well deserved win over a good Sevenoaks team. The first try was scored by Joe Cooper after good support by Oliver Taylor. Then Sevenoaks replied with a try from their main danger man. Rochford replied immediately with a mazy individual run by Joe Cooper for his second try of the game. The Rochford Under 6s took a 2-1 lead into half time, however Sevenoaks might have scored on the stroke of half time had it not been for some amazing tagging by Jamie Findlater and Toby Baker. Sevenoaks scored straight after half time, however Rochford got themselves back in front after a excellent run by Jamie Findlater, dodging players and cutting inside to score. Rochford contained their opponents thanks to good defence by George Dell. However Sevenoaks scored with only 30 seconds left on the clock, but Rochford got a deserved last minute try by Chase Chapman after some excellent support by all the players.
