Rochford U6 vs. Wanstead, Upminster Festival, 27 March 2011

Both of these teams headed into this match having not lost a game. Whoever won this match would go on to win the tournament. Rochford made a good start to the game with a try from Harry Price after excellent support. However Wanstead where the better team and went on to score five tries. However the Rochford boys never stopped trying and there was good runs made by Jamie Findlater, Adam Barham and Joe Cooper which put Wanstead under pressure. Rochford’s defence held up after half time with good tagging by Oliver Taylor and Harry Lacey.
