Rochford Hundred RFC are proud to host an evening of FREE comedy brought to you by Lost Sock Productions in partnership with Mid and South Essex NHS and Healthwatch Essex. Before the comedy begins, listen to guest speakers talk about a wide variety of topics affecting men's health, ranging from addiction to mental health.

The doors open at 7pm on May 28th, and the event is open to ALL (18+).
