We’re delighted to welcome Guest Chef Lee Carter — former owner and Head Chef of The Royal Oak, Stambridge and The Anchor, Canewdon. Lee will be serving a delicious homemade Steak & Guinness Pie with mash and seasonal vegetables, followed by a cheese board featuring the finest English and Continental cheeses, grapes and crackers.
