Rochford Hundred eager to give 10 per cent more

ROCHFORD Hundred are eager to give 10 per cent more for the rest of the season, according to powerful prop forward Najee Mundicha.
Rochford, who host Worthing this weekend, are currently third from bottom in the National Two South standings.
But Mundicha insists the team are keen to step things up.
“We had a meeting as a team to give an extra 10 per cent in everything we do on and off the pitch,” said Mundicha.
“If we can be 10 per cent better than the first half of the season, that will make me happy.”
However Mundicha knows fourth placed Worthing will be hard to beat at Magnolia Road.
“It will be a very tough game,” said Mundicha.
“We have had a rough start to the second part of the season so a win would be lovely.”
Rochford lost 46-17 at Canterbury last time out but Mundicha is enjoying lining up alongside a number of familiar faces at Magnolia Road.
“I have found my season at Rochford a learning curve,” said Mundicha.
“They have put in a lot of hard work to get where they are.
“So I am just trying do the best for the club and myself but it’s very enjoyable to be playing with my friends.”
And Mundicha is also enjoying being reunited with head coach Danny Cleare who he worked with while at Seevic College.
“It’s like nothing has changed,” said Mundicha.
“I think Danny has always been good at picking targets for me to hit and improve on so it’s down to me to meet those targets.
“He knows my strengths and we are working on my weakness to improve them so I can’t complain.
