Rochford Hundred RFC believes that as many people as possible should have the opportunity to play rugby in an environment that is safe and inclusive.

In 2022, with support from International Mixed Ability Sports (IMAS) and the Saracens Sport Foundation, Rochford Hundred launched the first Mixed Ability Tag rugby team in South East Essex for 6-18 year olds.

The Roosters train every other Saturday 09:30 - 11:00 at Rochford Hundred's ground on Magnolia Road, Rochford.
